Last week I was at an open mic where a poet did a couple poems. I bought her book, and when I read it at home, one poem jumped out at me and practically begged me to make it into a song.
Kirsty kindly gave me permission to do so, so... here it is as I played it live on August 4 iat the North Nineteen open mic.
